Using the historical foundations of the heritage site I created a visual identity and brochure for real estate development property Hampton Green. Inspired by the local geography I created a colour palette based on the native fauna and juxtaposed heirtage 18th century typeface with a modern day sans serif to create a contemporary sophisticated brand identity rooted in its location and surroundings.
